How it works:

  1. The Game Plan: We start with an initial planning session where you share your vision and goals. I'll establish a budget and timeline, and you'll get a clear checklist of what I'll handle and what you'll need to do (like gathering prizes and selling tickets!).

  2. I Get to Work: You can relax while I handle the logistics. I'll book the vendors, secure the permit, and create a master plan for the event night. I'll check in with you regularly to show you my progress.

  3. The Big Night: On the day of the Social, I am the first to arrive and the last to leave. I manage the entire event from start to finish, so you are free to celebrate with your friends, family, and supporters.

What I do:

  • Permit & Venue Logistics: I will complete and submit the application for your Social Occasion Permit. I will also act as the main contact for your chosen hall or venue, coordinating everything from layout to cleanup.

  • Vendor Booking & Management: I'll hire and manage the DJ, ensuring they have the right music and vibe for your crowd. I'll also coordinate the full late-night lunch service, including ordering, delivery, and setup.

  • Prize & Raffle Coordination: I provide you with digital tracking sheets to easily manage the prizes you collect. I will design and print professional-looking description cards for all your prize packages. On the night of the event, I manage the entire prize area—from setup to overseeing the draws and distributing prizes to the winners.

  • Event Night Execution & Management: I run the entire timeline, from door opening to last call. I can provide a professional point-of-sale system (like Square) to easily and securely accept credit/debit payments for tickets, drinks, or 50/50 at the door. I will also manage the 50/50 draw, ensuring it's done professionally and transparently.

  • Custom Event Website Design: A simple, beautiful one-page website for your event. Includes all the key details, a photo gallery, and a direct link for e-transfer or online ticket sales. It's the perfect central hub to send all your guests to.

  • Social Media Management: You provide the photos and write the captions, I do the rest. I will schedule and publish up to 3 posts per week across your Facebook and Instagram in the month leading up to the Social.

  • Custom Ticket Design & Printing: Professional, custom-designed tickets that match your theme.
