This package is perfect for:

  • The couple who has meticulously planned their wedding but wants a professional to execute their vision flawlessly on the day.

How it works:

  1. The Takeover Meeting (4-6 Weeks Out): This is where you officially pass the torch to me. In a detailed meeting, you'll walk me through every plan, contract, and decision you've made. I'll absorb your vision so I can protect it.

  2. The Confirmation Phase: I'll immediately introduce myself to your entire vendor team, becoming their new point of contact. I review all contracts, confirm logistics, and build a master timeline for the event day that orchestrates every single detail.

  3. The Main Event: I am the first to arrive and last to leave. I manage vendor setup, direct the flow of events, solve any problems that arise, and execute your plan, leaving you free to celebrate and make memories.

What I do:

  • Comprehensive Timeline Creation: I build a detailed, minute-by-minute timeline for the entire event day and distribute it to all vendors to ensure everyone is in perfect sync.

  • Final Vendor Management: I take over all communication with your vendors in the final weeks. I confirm arrival times, logistical needs (like power or space), and ensure all contractual promises are met.

  • Ceremony & Rehearsal Direction (for weddings): I will organize and lead your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring your wedding party knows exactly where to be and when. On the day, I cue the processional and music.

  • Complete On-site Management: I am your eyes and ears, overseeing every aspect of the event. I manage the setup of your decor (guest book, place cards, etc.) exactly to your specifications.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: If a challenge arises, I handle it discreetly and professionally. You won't even know it happened.

  • End-of-Night Oversight: I ensure all personal items and gifts are packed and given to your designated person. I manage the final vendor send-offs and ensure the venue is left in the required state.
